How many calories in a Twix
A standard Twix pack with two fingers has 250 kcal, so each finger is about 125.
Portion
To burn it off
A Twix is biscuit, caramel and milk chocolate, and the biscuit is what makes it so easy to finish. The pack has 32 g of carbs, 12 g of fat and 2 g of protein.
There are two fingers in a pack, about 125 kcal each. Eat one, save one, and you've halved it without trying.
Left Twix or right Twix, the number is the same. The numbers can differ a little by country.
Tips
- 1Have one finger now and the other one tomorrow.
- 2Go for the fun size in the multipack, it's a single finger.
- 3Dunk it in a coffee and eat it slowly instead of on the walk back to the office.
Where it comes from
Twix was first made in 1967 at the Mars factory in Slough, England, and only reached the United States in 1979. In much of mainland Europe it was sold as Raider until 1991, when it took the Twix name everywhere. The name is usually explained as a blend of twin and sticks, after the two fingers in every pack.

Questions
How many calories in one Twix finger?
About 125 kcal, half of the 250 in a pack.
How many calories in two packs of Twix?
Two packs, so four fingers, come to 500 kcal.
Is a Twix higher than a KitKat?
A Twix pack is 250 kcal and a four finger KitKat is 210, so the Twix is a bit higher.
Is Twix the same as Raider?
Yes. In much of Europe Twix was sold as Raider until 1991, the same biscuit, caramel and chocolate under a new name.
Can I eat a Twix past its best before date?
Usually yes. Best before is about quality, not safety, so an unopened pack a little past it may just taste a bit stale.
