How many calories in a Frappuccino
A grande Frappuccino with whipped cream has about 380 kcal, most of it from sugar and cream.
Portion
To burn it off

A Frappuccino is coffee, milk, ice and a sweet syrup base blended together, usually with a hat of whipped cream on top. It's closer to a milkshake than a coffee.
A grande is about 380 kcal, with 54 g of carbs and 16 g of fat. That's roughly a sandwich, in a cup you finish in ten minutes.
Nothing wrong with having one on a hot afternoon. It just helps to count it as a snack rather than as a coffee.
Tips
- 1Say no to the whipped cream, it's a fair chunk of the fat.
- 2Go for a tall instead of a grande, or ask for fewer pumps of syrup.
- 3If you mostly want it cold, an iced latte or a cold brew does the job for far less.
Where it comes from
The Frappuccino was born in Boston, not Seattle. In 1992 George Howell's Coffee Connection cafes wanted a summer seller, so marketing manager Andrew Frank blended coffee, sugar, milk and ice in a frozen yogurt machine. He named it after the frappe, New England's word for a milkshake, and the cappuccino. Starbucks bought the chain in 1994 and launched its own version in 1995.

Questions
Is a Frappuccino without cream lower?
Yes. The cream adds a good part of the fat, so skipping it takes a noticeable bite out of the 380.
How many calories in two Frappuccinos?
Two grandes come to about 760 kcal.
Does a Frappuccino count as a coffee or a pudding?
Count it as a sweet snack. At 380 kcal with 54 g of carbs, it behaves like one.
Does an extra shot of espresso add calories to a Frappuccino?
Next to none, a shot of espresso is about 3 kcal. It adds caffeine, but the 380 barely moves.
Is a Frappuccino with skimmed or oat milk lower?
A little. Most of the 380 comes from the syrup base and the whipped cream, so changing the milk only makes a small difference.
