How many calories in an iced latte
A regular iced latte has 130 kcal, almost all of it from the milk.
Portion
To burn it off

An iced latte is espresso, cold milk and ice. The coffee is about 3 kcal, so nearly all of the 130 kcal is the milk.
The ice takes up space in the cup, so there's less milk than in a hot latte of the same size. Add a pump or two of syrup and it climbs fast.
Caramel, vanilla and whipped cream turn it from a coffee into a dessert. Plain, it's a pretty light afternoon drink.
Tips
Where it comes from
One of the first cold coffees is the mazagran, from Algeria. The story goes that French soldiers besieged at the fort of Mazagran in 1840 drank their coffee cold with water, and back in Paris cafés began serving it in tall glasses as café mazagran. The iced latte, with espresso and cold milk, is a much later café drink.

Questions
How many calories in an iced latte with oat milk?
About the same as semi skimmed, roughly 130 kcal. Barista oat milk can be a little higher.
Is an iced latte lower than a hot one?
Usually a bit, because the ice means less milk in the cup.
How much does syrup add?
Each pump adds some sugar. Two or three make a real difference over a week.
Does an extra shot of espresso add calories?
Next to nothing. A shot of espresso is about 3 kcal, so an extra one makes it stronger and keeps it at about 130.
How many calories in an iced latte with skimmed milk?
About 100 kcal. Skimmed milk has roughly a quarter fewer calories than semi skimmed, and the milk is all you're counting.
