To burn it off

Pringles are made from a dried potato dough, pressed into that saddle shape and fried. A 30 g portion has 15 g of carbs, 10 g of fat and 1 g of protein.
The trouble is the tube. Once you pop you really don't stop, and a big tube holds several portions.
Flavours like sour cream and onion or salt and vinegar are close to the original. The numbers can differ a little by country.
Tips
- 1Tip a portion into a bowl and put the lid back on the tube.
- 2Buy the mini tubes for lunchboxes and picnics.
- 3Have them with a dip like salsa so a few go further.
Where it comes from
Pringles were developed by Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio, and launched in 1968. The tube was designed by chemist Fredric Baur, who was so proud of it that part of his ashes was buried in a Pringles can in 2008. According to P&G the name was picked from a Cincinnati phone book, after Pringle Avenue in Finneytown, though other stories go around.
